( Australian Press Association) MELBOURNE, June 25 At ths> concluding session of the Empire Wool Confeience consideration was given to fou>' schemes for dealing with stabilisation o f prices, which were investigated, by the committee which duly recommended no proposal be accepted, chiefly on the ground that most or them included some form of price fixing, which had already been rejected by the conference, but the principle of insurance against loss through falling prices, which was incorporated in a scheme submitted by Sir John Higgins, was considered worthy of investigation by an independent, competent authnity.
