MADRID, June 24. With the' approach of the Spanish General Election on Sunday, excitement is growing in the provinces. A mob of two hundred, after disarming the Municipal Guard' in a small town near Seville, deposed the Mayor seizing the mace and the keys. A crowd of villagers in the province of Ciudad Real smashed the instruments of a band for refusing to play revolutionary airs.
