POPE’S CRITICISM,

Telegraph—Opyri ght) LONDON, June 23. •I he British United Press correspondent at Rome says : As the result of the Pope’s outspoken reference to spying on the part of the Fascists, as cabled on June. 21, the Italian Government is redrafting a fourth note in stronger terms. The official feeling is that the Pope’s speech has made the position decidedly more difficult.
