CAULFIELD RACES. (Australian Press Association.) MELBOURNE, June 21. At Caulfield race the Toolambool Hurdles resulted:—Cockrow 9.5 (Howson) 1; Olinn 10.9 (Inkson) 2; Long..ands 9.6 (Knevitt) 3. Eleven others started. Won by three lengths: No time was given. Woncla Steeplechase :—Rakwol 12.5 (Inkson) 1 ; Vauutrim 9.12 (Mclnnes) 2, Tetcoot 10.7 (Wraiglit) 3. Thirteen other started. Won by 12 lengths. Time 4.14 L
ASCOT WOKINGHAM STAKES. RUGBY, June ID. The lust day of the Ascot race meeting was attended by the King and Oueon, and several members of their family. The lloyal procession was cancelled, and cars used to bring their Majesties, and their guests from Windsor Castle. The principal race of the day, tlie Wokingham Stakes, was won by W. R. Smith’s Heronslea ,with Mr Sears’ Tommy Atkins second, and Lord Glanesly’s Lansdowne third. The total turnover of the newlv-in-stalled totalisat'or during the f irr da’s of the meeting was £228,000.
