ROUND AND GAGGED
STATEMENT TO POLICE. (By Telegraph —Per Frets Association) AUCKLAND, June 15. The police are investigating an incident which* occurred! in Puriri .Avenue, C reat South Road. A youth, Alan Ambrose Death, aged eighteen, of 173, Green Lane, was, found bound and gagged in a washohuse- at the back of a house in Puriri Avenue and he states that he was attacked by two men when he was walking nearby. The discovery was made by a grocer’s assistipit who was delivering goods at Jie house. He .heard a robe in the washhouse and found the youth with his hands and legs tied together. The hands were fastened behind his back to his legs. , \
