THE MONEY SHORTAGE IN SYDNEY. SYDNEY, June 3. Where properties are involved in these exchanges,, estate agents are not grumbling, for they receive commission on the stated value of both commodities exchanged. Recently, to gh 7 e only one example, a man Avith a big farm on the north coast exchanged it for shop property in one of the leading suburbs. Hundreds of people aaJio have tried to obtain good hard cash for properties or businesses or cars, have given up the idea ; they are now adopting the barter system. ,
