MONDAY, JUNE 15th. The Executive met at 8 p.m, Present: Messrs J. Stafford ('Chairman), Dowell, 'Cutbush, Cooper, Breeze, McGregor, McCkary and Heenjn. The minutes were confirmed and correspondence outward approved. SATURDAY MATCH. Rivals v. Excelsiors, Cass Square 1.30 p.m. (Mr D. Breeze). The junior game Kiwi v. Rimu was postponed till June 27. INWARD CORRESPONDENCE. From Hokitika Boxing Association asking for postponement of junior game to 'enable Rimu players to attend the boxing tourney in the aftornoon._Received and agreed to. From IW.C.R. Union notifying nonattendance of Sub-Union delegate and also in regard to referee incident.—Received. From St. Mary’s School asking for grant of football.—Received and approved. From Stockton Football Club asking for a junior game at Hokitika on Friday, August 6th.—Received and resolved that it would be practically impossible to arrange a game for that day, but the following day would be suitable. r.rom Rival Club in reference to incident, at Kumara on Saturday.—Received j to be forwarded to 4V.C.R. Union.
Accounts as tabulated were passed for payment and the meeting terminated.
