MINERS’ HOURS
AGREEMENT AT GENEVA. (British Official Wire',ess.) RUGBY, June 11. At Geneva the Commission on Labour has in the coal mines question, arrived at a complete agreement on the conditions lor lignite mines. The German Government lias made concessions which will make ir. possible to arrive at n general convention. The British Mines Minister, Mr Shiinveii, is reported to have taken a lending part in removing difficulties which -might have led, as last year, to Hie. throwing over of an international agreement on hours in the mines.
