Germany will leave the League of Nations, and will re-arm the country as quickly as possible. The Professor added that Germany was already negotiating an alliance with Russia. Don. Dr Lyttelton conclud'd:— “These two Powers could defy the world, Germany thus repudiating her debts, and putting herself on a parity with other nations as regards armaments."
