ATLANTIC VOYAGE. United Press Association.—By Electro Telegraph—Copyright). NEW YORK, June 11. The Nautilus parted company with the United States Coastguard cutter Pont Cliartrain, in the Gulf Stream, a thousand miles east of Pollock Rip lightship. A radio message stated that the Nautilus was proceeding at easy speed, aided by the current, towards London.
LADY WILKINS’ CONFIDENCE
NEW YORK, June 11
Before sailing by the “Mauretania” on Wednesday to meet her husband, Lady Wilkins said that she was confident that the Mauretania and the submarine Nautilus would meet somewhere in the North Atlantic. She would communicate with her husband by wireless, and would see him through her glasses. She was confident that the expedition to the North Pole would be successful.
