SYDNEY UN-EMPLOYED
ATTACK LANG AND GARDEN. (Australian Press Association.) SYDNEY, June 11. Two policemen held at bay three hundred of the. unemployed, who tried to storm Parliament House this aiternoon. The constables used their batons. One man received a severe head injury. ■'The other nrn were driven outs tie the gates, which were barred against them. The rioters shouted “Down with the Lang Government!” and tjiey abused the police. TRe mob finally marched to the Trades .Hall, where they held a meeting. Inflammatory pamphlets were distributed, attacking the Premier, Mr •Lang ; also the “Labour Daily” newspaper,’ and Jock Garden, the Secretary of the Labour Council.
