SOVIET ISSUES £168,900,600 LOAN

(Received tin's day at 1.5 p.m.l MOSCOW, June 9
.For the purpose of the completion of the Five Year Plan in lour years, tiie Soviet is issuing a £168,000,000 sterling ten year loan, half consisting of non interest- bearing inscribed premium bonds on which regular draws will ho made. The remainder will consist of interest bearing bonds at no premium.
