MONDAY, JUNK Bth. The 'Sub-Union met at 8 p.m. Present: Messrs J. Stafford (Chairman), Dowell, Cutbush, McCleary, McGregor, Breeze and Heenan. Apologies were made for the absence of Messrs -Lawn and Cooper. The minutes were confirmed and correspondence outward approved. The Junior game Excelsiors v. Ttiwu at Rimu was set down for Saturday next at 3 p.m. Mr E. Best .to he referee.

It was resolved to remind the W.C.R.TJ. of the decision to set the Rival—Excelsior senior game down for 1.30 p.m. on Cass Square on June 20th. From Rfinu Club stating lines had been cleared as desired and notifying re clearnce of a player.—Received; resolved the player must become financial before June 13th. and to notify Kiwi Club of same.

■ Tt. was-resolved to enquire from tbe W.C.R.TJ. re referees action. Tt was resolved that the W.C.R U. be requested to send on to the New Zealand Rugby Union (not tbe West Coast Referees Association) tbe names of tbe two referees submitted. Tt was resolved that the postponement hour be Tl a. in. on Satm-davs. Messrs McGregor, Dowell and Heenan to be the postponement committee Messrs Stafford, Dowell and McCleary were appointed as selection com mittee. An account was passed for payment.
