GOVERNAI ENT BILL OPPOSED. (Australian Press Association.) SYDNEY, June I. A manifesto issued by the militant minority movement contains the assertion that Air Baddeley, Afinister of Alines, and official of the .Miners’ Federation, are planning to chain the miners down with a colossal scheme of slavery unequalled in any ©ountry under the sun. The manifesto, which was issued prior to the presentation of the C°al Bill now before Parliament, describes the Bill as a sinister scheme to enslave the miners,” and exhorts themen to demand of their Centra] Executive councillors, that they emphatically oppose the proposed Bill embodying the findings of the Royal Commission. Air Baddeley stated that, the manifesto is a gross misrepresentation of the intention of the measure.
