AGAINST SOLICITOR AND CLERK

NEW PLYMOUTH, May 29
Twenty charges of theft of his clients’ money, embracing sixty separate counts, and involving a total sum of eight thousand pound* sterling, against Harold John Moule Thomson, solicitor, and Samuel Robert Barlow, his clerk, both of Inglewood, Taranaki, oceupi.d the Supreme Court to-day and to-night.
A mass of evidence was given concern ng individual accounts. The evidence bad not concluded to-night- The hearing will lie continued to-morrow.
