(Received 11.30 a.m.l DELHI, Ma y 28The- general Barman hostility towards India is increasing alarmingly and there was an exodus lately front Burma. Steamers are leaving Rangoon crowded with thousands of traders and doolies. Many former’s homes and crops were destroyed. The economic distress is connected with the Burma revolt and is said to be partly due to cheap Indian labour ousting Barmans from agricultural districts and creating unemployment by underselling.
