The appelant contended that no school could have been happier lor 2) years and the children made good progress. She inferred petty jealousy among three people, "ho had no children at the school, and contended that the inquiry leading to her dismissal was not of all proportion to the little trouble that arises at any country school, through children carrying tales. She contended also that the appeal was not one against dismissal from Rangiwahia, but her dismissals for the last 10 years.
