The teacher’s appeal of Miss C. It. Phillips against dismissal by Wanganui Education Board was continued this morning. Further evidence was tendered by Rnngiwahia settlers regarding the discordant notes at the school and allegations of undue strapping for trivial offences and children b e ing kept in longer than the prescribed time after school.
