The Vatican’s non-acceptance of Lais Zulueta, the .Spanish Ambassador, is apparently not political, but bticause he is an indifferent Catholic atid often attacked the Church. Nevertheless, there are many sighs of u stiffening of the resistance ,of the religious liberty decree, The Catholic newspaper ‘‘El Debate” points out it violates the concordat of 1851, which can only be terminated By ‘mutual agreement. MADRID, May 27.
Lieutenant Golan has written to King Alfonso alleging criminal responsibility for hi s brothers execution.
