The result of the World's Wheat Conference will be the establishment of a Secretariat, representing all the wheat exporting countries, to continue the exploration of the problems which the Conference has found to be existing. The report points out that the race, served its object when the speed of the winning plane was increased from 120 miles an hour. Now, however, valuable lives were risked unnecessarily. The report declares that no safe engine developing more than 700 h.p. has vet been invented.
