WILKINS’S SUBMARINE. [United Press Association.—By Eiectrw Telegraph.—Copyright.] NEW YORK, May 21. At New London, Sir H. Wilkins inspected the submarine “Nautilus,”' hoard which he intends to conduct his Arctic expedition,' the arrangements for which are now in tl[e course of preparation. Her departure has tentatively been iet for Saturday. The craft came to New London recently for submarine tests.
