GANG OF SWINDLERS

Watson, is holding one, Harry Geeri, who is .wanted in London for participation in “one of the greatest swindles ever peiqietrated in Britain.” Geen is alleged to have aided a former Chicago hairdresser, “Jake, the Barber,” as a factor in cheating British citizens out of millions of dollars through false stock operations. Both men are also said to he well known in Continental gambling resorts for having swindled many prominent people in play.
Additional charges concerned with the same swindle have been prepared against Gecn at Chicago, where IU--factor is being bunted unsuccessfully, fn this case there has also'arisen the same question as to whether he is not hiding from the gunmen of the gang leader, Jack Diamond, with whom, it is known, lie had difficulties. A third member of the swindling group is being held in New York.
