A message from The Hague states that two men have been arrested in connection with the packing ca.se murder of/.'the. millionaire. Herr Ksehiiiizier. The arrested men are named K°oings and Penders. They, it is alleged, Have confessed, stating that their object- was to get the victim to sign certain cheques for the purpose of Ifni awing an invention for a meta 1 sabot with a changeable sole. The.V obtained £SOO after which Esehau/Jer appears to have demurred at caving more. The men then persuaded him to accompany them to Honings’ house, where they chloroformed him, tied up his body, and taxied it + o the warehouse where it was found in the packing case.
