Tbe accused was charged that, on 01 abort January 7th., 1930. in the County o ■Flint, in Wales, with intent to defraud, he forged a mortgage to secure the payment of £6OO. It is further alleged that, having secured the payment of £6(O-for Eliza, beth Allen.. Hulme. the accused unlawfully and .fraudulently converted the money to his own use. DetectfverSergeant Kelly said that at tlie time of the commission of the alleged offences,” the-accused was practising as a solicitor in Mold. Wales, , ' The Magistrate committed to prison, pending the issue oi an extradition order.
