WOMAN KILLED
ON RAILWAY LINE. (By Telegraph—Per Press Association) HAMILTON, May 11. Shocking ■ injuries about the head were received by a lady. passenger on the Auckland-Tauranga train at Frankton, shortly after 1 p.m. to-day. She had alighted at the station, and she mistook moving carriages, which had been uncoupled from the train for the express. In attempting to board them, she fell beneath the wheels. Her death was instantaneous. The deceased is believed to be a Mrs J. Cooke. The woman killed at Frankton Hallway Station to-day has been identified as Mrs J. , Cooke of Waimate North.
