ADDRESS BY PRIMATE. (By Telegraph.—Special to Guardian) AUCKLAND, May 7. An address in the interests of tlie cause of union of the separated Christtion Churches was given by Archbishop Averill to-night. “I believe what is happening in South India will eventually solve on difficulties.” said his Grace, “ft is the mission field which is crying out for unity. We want to make an impact on the heathen world as one body. A united church must come. We must lament the continuance of disunion. We must overcome our difficulties. 1 do. not think they can keep us apart if we honestly desire to defeat them.” His Grace said he was quite l prepared to become a humble member of the Holy Catholic Church.
