(Received 11.15 a.m.) LONDON, May > Charged with a burghtxy at offices at Westminster, Gerald Kirk Ashworth, 23, stated he was educated at College at Brisbane and graduated B.A. at Sydney University. He arrived in November and was unable to find employment. The police arrested Ashwortii and n companion, carrying suit cases filled with cigars and cigarettes. The companion was sentenced to a year and Ashworth was bound ov?r on probavion, conditionally on returning to New Zealand. The probation officer said an old convict had led Ashworth astray. Sir Thomas Wilford communicated with the father, who is a wealthy New Zealand land owner, and it is hoped to arrange for his return
