SATURDAY MATCHES. The first games of the senior and junior competitions will be played tomorrow a.'ternoon. On Cass Square the senior game Rivals v. Excelsiors (Mr A. Cutbush, reieree) is set down for play at 3 p.m., when an interesting game should result, and enable spin.idea of the strength of the teams to be gauged. The Junior competition also opens when Kiwi play Rimu, at Rimii (Mr D. Breeze, referee) at 3 p.m.. Excelsiors having a bye.
