BASIL GIBBONS DISCHARGED. LESLIE GIBBONS REMANDED , FOR SENTENCE. (By Telegraph—Per Press Association) t DUNEDIN. April 27. The criminal sittings of the Supreme Court opened before Justice Kennedy with two charges of a sexual nature and three charges of breaking entering and theft, and two of attempted breaking and entering, against two brothers. Leslie William Gibbons and Basil Charles Gibbons. The Crown entered a nolle prosequi in respect to the charges against Basil Gibbons. The other brother was remanded for sentence.
