A STRIKE
TOW BOAT WORKERS. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright). (Received 10.25 a.m.) VANCOUVER, April 21. A strike of tow-boat workers threatens to demoralise the British Columbia shipping, refusing to submit to wag‘j reduction. Three hundred workers at ./V Vnnvouver left their boats. Sevent> • five at Victoria struck in sympathy though their wages were not reduced.
