PAYMENTS TO EX-KING OF BULGARIA (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 9-5 a.rn.) BERLIN, April 20. A sensation has arisen concerning the Parliamentary disclosure that Germany not only paid ex-King Fordenatid of Bulgaria £1,250,000 sterling in 1020 but one hundred thousand in 1924-25 and a pension of six thousand since 1927, in addition to the gift of twenty-five thousand last birthday.
