•SPECIAL SITTING ON MAY UJtli. (Jiy Telegraph—Per Press Association) NEW PLYMOUTH, April 16. Justice Frazer, at the Arbitration Court this morning announced the date for hearing applications under tne Finance Act 1931. had been fixed for May 12th. at Wellington at 10 a.m. The Judge said an application nail been received from the Employers Federation for the hearing of an application for an order adjusting the rates of remuneration, under awards and industrial agreements generally.
