CANADIAN ECONOMY CUTS. [United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) OTTAWA. April 16. All summer training camps for units of non-pernianent active militia of Canada have been cancelled for a year, in view of the cut- in the defence estimates. Last year some thirty-five thousand militia men were trained in these camps for ten to twelve days.
