DARBY’S SENTENCE. BOMBAY. April 15. The Magistrate found Darby, the aviator guilty of causing the death oi the riclishaw puller, by a rash, negligent act. not amounting to culpable homicide, and sentenced him to -m----prisonment till the rising of the court, which is purely nominal, and does not. involve actual imprisonment. Darby was also fined one thousand rupees. The whole- amount of the fine, it collected, is to he paid as compensation to the widow and children of the deceased .
