THE RETURNS. [United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.] (Received 12.5 p.m.) LONDON, April 14. The Board of Trade returns shows that imports decreased 22,784.000 exports 19,956.000 ami re-exports 2.221,090. The principal decreases in the imports were :- Grain and flour 1.932,. 090. 4noat 3.298.000, uon-dutiahle food and drink 1.271.000. raw cotton 1.178.000. wool 2.320.000. oil and seeds etc. 1.241.000. oil manufactures 1.215.000, Exports;—Coal 1,092,000. iron and steel manufacture thereof 2.441.000, machinery 1.350,000. cotton yarns manufactures 4,494.000, woollen ditto 1,396.666. vehicles 1.990,000.
