The Lord’s Day Observance Society announces that three thousand sermons are being preached throughout. England in furtherance of the "Eight lor Sunday” campaign as the result of the Government's Sunday Entertainment Bill. Theatrical managers, on the other hand, state that it is grossly unfair that the theatres should tic omitted from the Bill, which applies to cinemas only.
