MR BALDWIN
TO ADDRESS MASS MEETINGS. [United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copy n.ght, J (Received this day at 9 a.m.) LONDON, April 12. The Conservative Office announces than Mr Baldwin addresses seven mass meetings, beginning the day after the Budget. He will expound the necessity for economy, a protection policy, Empire trade development, and si id to agriculture. Messrs Amen-. Steel-Mail land. Ous. ten and Neville Chamberlain, and Sir R. Horne address similar met tings.
