POWER BOARD LOAN. CARRIED IN POVERTY BAY. (By Telegraph—Ver Press Association) GISBORNE.', April 10. A poll of the ratepayers in the Poverty Ray Electric Power Board district was taken to-dav on a proposal to borrow £7B,(XX) for the extension of the system. The loan was carried by 1,116 votes to 29 L.
