At tiie Kelson tourney tlie rinks finalists prove to he both composed of Nelson, players. Of the Grey rinks, Moi’cer's reached the post section play j and McKay's rink reached the semis final, which they lost to McComisli's Nelson rink. Haiti interfered with the play at the end of the semi-finals, and the final has been postponed till a later date. Mercer’s rink lost to Pin. cr’s (ATaitai) after leading at the sixth head by 8 to 4. On the seventh The ATaitai rink gained a three, but the Grey rink on the eighth got a two. However, the ATaitai rink took the lead at the next head, at which Mercer’s rink was lying one. when Piper, against the advice of his Xo. 3 elected to drive, which he did with (Teadlv accuracy and lay 6. On the eleventh ATaitai obtained a single, and scored a single on the last. Alercer being unsuccessful in liis effort to burn the head.
