THE AIEMIXISTKATUU LF.AVF.S. (Australian Press Association.) APIA. April 6. On Thursday, the retiring Administrator. Col. Allan, was fart-welled at a 'native function at Mulinuu when addresses were given by chiefs of the House of Faipole and a presentation was made of fine Samoan mats and other tokens of regard. On Wednesday the officials of the Government and Reparation estates presented the Administrator with a piece of silver plate. On Saturday evening, the Administrator left by tlv steamer Tofua for Suva and Auckland, and was accorded a salute of fifteen gmiM by the shore battery. Pending the arrival n| i lie new Administrator, .Mr Hart, tlm secretary of the Administration, Mr I ui-nbul!. is to a'-t as Administrator.
