SIR J. MON ASH’S VIEW. (Australian Press Association.) (Received this day at 9 a.m.) MELBOURNE, April G. Sir John Monash returned from India after representing the Commonwealth at the inauguration of New Delhi. He declares that peace in India is still a long way off and adds in those who are agitating succeed in their demands, Tdia will be able to make treaties with other countries, which deprive the Empire of its commercial safety.
