LOOTERS SHOT. [United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.! MAXA(H'A. Api.il 4A series of untoward incidents, due principally to conflicts between the natives and Americans administering relief or enforcing military law. have added to the tragedy of the earthquake which devastated the city on Tuesday last. An American Marine shot and killed n. lieutenant of the .Nicaraguan .National Guard, and was himself machinegunned to dentil by a native soldier. To-day the announcement was made that, the American authorities wmdd not feed native men who declined to dig for the dead in the debris. This resulted in an unpleasant situation. Many natives did not appeal- for rations. Four looters were shot to-day by the military. It is understood that twenty have been executed since last Tuesday. Five natives digging in the debris for trifles wore killed by falling walls as a result of a brief earthquake shock to-day. Bodies removed from the Ruins thus far total 825, and it is known that 100 are buried under the ruins of the bospital alone,
