Henry .John Herman Tub her, exsecretary of the Alsation Shepherd l)og Cluli, arrested at Gisborne last week, was to-day charged with the tlicit o' fid belonging to the Club, was given three months' imprisonment by .Mr Page, C.M. Tlie money was subscriptions unaccounted for, and with which the accused disappeared. He had been previously before tile Court for false pretences, and also a breach of prohibition.
