WESTPORT RACES. CUP TO' NOTEWORTHY. The second day of the Westport autumn meeting was held yesterday, when there was a. fair attendance of spectators. Rain fell incessantly after the first race to the end of the fifth race, and this made matters most unpleasant. Tlie totalisator handled £7,584* for the day, compared with £10,158 for the second day last year, a decrease of £2,373*1. The total for the meeting was £10,159| in comparison to £19,380* for the two days last year, this representing a decrease of £4,221. Results : Flying Hack Handicap:—(4) Dawn o’ Day 1; (1) Landmark 2; (1) Attar 3. Won by a bead. Time 1.16 1-5. The second and third horses were bracketed.
