WILKINS’ HAZARDS. [United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) NEW YORK, March 24. A message from Lowell, in Massachusetts, states that Commander MacMillan, who said that lie expects soon to entertain Sir H. Wilkins at his home at Cape. Cod, itermod the contemplated Nantilius expedition as the most hazardous task ever attempted by the Arctic explorer. He characterises the trip as virtually impossible, and said that lie felt the submarine could reach the Pole only by chance, the difficulty being duo to the lack of navigation points while submerged, He expressed the belief that ithe vessel, if caught In the Re. would have no chance of escape.
