ROYAL COMMISSION. (Received this d.iv at 10.30 a.m.) OTTAWA, March 25. Mr Bennett stated in the House today that Sir Jossiah Stamp will sail for -Canada next week to head the Royal Commission which the Dominion Government will appoint to investigate grain matters.
