MURDER IN COURT PRISONER SHOOTS PROSECUTOR. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright ) NF.AY YORK, Alarch 24. A crippled former bar tender. on trial in a local court on proceedings involving the alleged misappropriation of funds, suddenly rose from his seat and shouted that he was not getting justice. He then drew a revolver and shot and killed Corporation Counsel William Kavanagh, a prominent young attorney. The cripple then sat down and lighted a cigarette, and waited till he was arrested.
