YOUTHFUL THIEVES
TWO LADS CAUGHT ON PREMISES. (By Telegraph—Per Press Association) CHRISTCHURCH, March 24. Two youths, aged 15 and 16, were arrested dramatically at the premises of the Christchurch Vulcanising Company, Victoria Street yesterday evening. The manager, on returning to work, found the back door forced open, and heard voices. He found the youths behind a counter. and threatening them -»ith a tyre lever, he detained them till the police arrived. They found a loaded revolver near where the youths had been hiding. One was masked. Money had been, taken from a cash box.
