Forest Ltd. Certain resolutions were passed by a majority of the debenture holders, and the Insurance Coy. souglu a direction as to whether the resolutions were validly passed, and if so, whether the Company should hand over tlie trust Ini a; in the maimer directed by tae resolutions.
