Following reports bv the Board’s architect and structural engineersof the Public Works Department,, the Wanganui Education Board deemed it advisable to suggest that the Central School at Palmerston North, a large brick building, be vacated. The Minister of Education alter consultation with the Public Works Department adopted the suggestion and the school has been evacuated to-dav.
